The company has **2\.850 professionals** and an international network of **56 subsidiaries and branch offices in 22 countries**, ensuring its clients receive fast, customized solutions. **Job Description** Manage component-level safety activities and supervise supplier activities to ensure the safety integrity of chassis components. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform and lead reliability studies required to ensure safe design of mechatronic components for chassis functions at the supplier level; * Negotiate safety requirements allocated to chassis components (BSM, EPS, SBW,...); * Participate in RAMS analysis: HARA, FMEA, FTA, and chassis-level safety concept; * Evaluate safety studies conducted by chassis suppliers; * Ensure safety case integrity; * Prepare project delivery reports and safety assessments; * Participate in/contribute to homologation audits. **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Proven experience in leadership and project management; * Experience in functional safety activities related to ISO 26262 (or similar standards); * Ability to interpret and discuss system and component requirements; * Knowledge of chassis and mechatronic components (BSM, MGU of EPB, EPS); * Knowledge of hardware decomposition and E/E ECU components; * Fluent English; **Tools:** * Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint... * Requirements management tools (IBM Rational DOORS, Polarion, PLM); * Safety tools: HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA; * Ansys MEDINI (preferred). **Additional Information** Applus IDIADA is committed to **equality,** **diversity** and **inclusion**.
