If you enjoy end-to-end HR operations, developing people, and strategically supporting the business, this role is for you! **Training and Development** * Plan, execute, and monitor Training and Development activities, ensuring compliance with the Annual Training Plan (PAT); * Develop training content, including materials, presentations, learning paths, and knowledge capsules; * Deliver internal training, especially focused on behavioral development, organizational culture, and best practices in customer service; * Lead and support onboarding of new employees, ensuring a structured integration aligned with company culture; * Organize training logistics (scheduling, invitations, records, and controls); * Monitor and analyze TD metrics, evaluating the effectiveness of implemented actions. **Recruitment and Selection** * Manage end-to-end selection processes, from aligning candidate profiles with managers to final hiring stages; * Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing candidates’ technical and cultural fit; * Support managers in defining job profiles and making hiring decisions during selection processes; * Track selection process flow, helping meet recruitment SLAs; * Provide structured feedback to candidates, enhancing candidate experience and strengthening the company’s employer brand. **Metrics Management and Leadership Interface** * Consolidate and perform periodic closing of HR metrics, particularly those related to Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Feedback; * Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities; * Present departmental results and metrics in meetings with managers and executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making; * Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill vacancies, training effectiveness, turnover, and team development; * Identify HR process improvement opportunities based on data and metrics. **People Development and Leadership Support** * Support managers in delivering feedback and developing their teams; * Act as an internal partner to leaders, advising on best practices in people management; * Support initiatives focused on organizational climate, employee engagement, and team development; * Contribute to internal communication efforts and reinforcement of organizational culture. **Generalist HR Routine Tasks** * Perform administrative HR controls (spreadsheets, systems, records, and metrics tracking); * Support internal marketing and internal communication initiatives; * Address requests from employees and managers related to the People Management area.
