Job Summary: The professional will perform painting services on metallic structures, prepare paints and equipment, inspect quality, and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in painting metallic structures using various techniques. 2. Focus on paint preparation and visual quality inspection. 3. Work performed in compliance with safety standards and procedures. * Verify the requested paint (type and color) and prepare mixtures according to the Paint Bulletin and Painting Procedure, diluting with appropriate solvents to achieve the desired tone and effect. * Organize parts and painting workbenches according to the production sequence, respecting the correct drying time before handling. * Perform painting services on metallic structures using conventional spray guns, brushes, or rollers, as per procedures. * Apply primer coatings (epoxy/primer) and topcoats (polyurethane). * Assemble and disassemble work equipment for production, adjustment, or cleaning. * Conduct visual inspection of steel parts, checking for corrosion, oxidation, and paint defects (orange peel, runs, wrinkling, dry spray, fisheye). * Perform stripe coating, surface isolation (machined surfaces, rubber, plastic, and fasteners), touch-up painting, and wet film thickness measurement. * Assist in preparing and mobilizing parts for painting. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress as directed by leadership. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental preservation regulations, participating in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the job. * Guide new employees on procedures and proper equipment operation. * Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area. * Perform tasks in accordance with the management system guidelines and work instructions. * Inspect material quality prior to initiating the production process and report any irregularities. * Operate gantry or semi-gantry cranes only if trained and certified per internal standards.
