Promotes team integration to maintain a safe and organized work environment A Civil Engineering company seeks a Construction Site Supervisor in Belo Horizonte (Savassi). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate all construction site activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality. Monitor the execution of tasks performed by masons, carpenters, steel fixers, welders, and other professionals, guaranteeing compliance with project plans and technical standards. Assign tasks and guide the team to ensure productivity and operational efficiency. Control materials and equipment, preventing waste and ensuring availability for ongoing activities. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, promoting correct use of PPE and preventive procedures. Interpret project drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications, assisting the team in resolving queries. Conduct periodic inspections and site surveys to identify issues and propose solutions. Record and report construction progress, maintaining communication with engineers and clients. Monitor deadlines, schedules, and performance indicators to ensure efficient project execution. Promote team integration, contributing to a safe and organized working environment. Previous experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, Project Manager, or Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
