Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to prepare and distribute food and beverages, maintain pantry organization and cleanliness, and manage inventory. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and portion food and beverages. * Distribute meals using trays and trolleys. * Maintain pantry organization and cleanliness, as well as utensil hygiene. * Verify and request restocking of supplies. * Serve beverages. * Organize work materials. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and compliant with hygiene standards. * Understand food station etiquette and decoration/layout. * Collect and wash dishes. * Keep trolleys, trays, and other utensils orderly and compliant with hygiene standards. * Monitor inventory levels of products, utensils, and cleaning supplies required for pantry operations, requesting replenishment as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in pantry/kitchen roles. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and perform tasks under supervision. **Additional Information** * Shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: * 02 positions: 07:00–15:00 * 02 positions: 15:00–23:00 * 02 positions: 23:00–07:00 * 02 positions: 10:00–18:00 **We Offer:** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance * Dental Plan * Gym partnership \- Gympass * Birthday Leave \- Day Off With over 10 years of operation in Brazil, AMBAAR is a benchmark in premium airport hospitality, delivering unique experiences that transform waiting time into wellness, sophistication, and comfort.
