Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading the Continuous Improvement Execution team across multiple sites, composed of Supervisors and Analysts. * Being accountable for the prioritization, management, and execution of strategic projects and initiatives aligned with the business vision, monitored through predefined routine management practices to drive standardization and scale best practices. * Driving the use of structured methodologies in analyses and solutions, emphasizing a data-driven mindset. * Ensuring strategic and tactical alignment with operations teams and support areas to achieve results with agility and quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Leadership experience in roles focused on process management and continuous improvement, with strong communication skills across various organizational stakeholder levels. * Desired: Certifications in process improvement practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, as well as experience with agile methodologies and AI applied to logistics and team management.
