Supporting maintenance of spaces such as lobbies and party halls **Full job description** Our property management and conservation company is seeking General Services Assistants to join our team; playing a fundamental role within the condominium by ensuring environmental quality and maintenance through cleaning, conservation, and support in common areas—including maintenance of lobbies, corridors, elevators, party halls, and parking garages. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, furniture, and equipment, as well as removing garbage and waste. Responsible for restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, such as soap and toilet paper. Requirements and qualifications: ***** Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM with a 1-hour break. ***** * Availability to work a 44-hour weekly shift; * Immediate availability to start. Must have easy access to the Nossa Senhora da Conceição neighborhood in Contagem/MG.
