Job Summary: The professional will manage access, guide people, safeguard assets, control the flow of vehicles and people, and perform simple maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform simple maintenance tasks and ensure security Responsibilities: Manage people's access to the company; Greet, guide, and direct employees, customers, visitors, and suppliers; Safeguard company assets by monitoring people's behavior and movement to prevent losses, fires, accidents, and other irregularities; Control the flow of people and vehicles by identifying them and directing them to their desired locations; Receive goods, various parcels, and correspondence; Perform simple maintenance tasks at work sites; Control the entry and exit of company and third-party vehicles according to instructions received and following defined procedures to ensure employee safety and protect company assets, as well as other duties relevant to the position. Requirements: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; Attention to detail; Basic knowledge of safety procedures; Conflict resolution skills; Previous experience in this role is desirable; Experience in transportation-sector companies is a plus; Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off. This position is open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
