Job Summary:
A professional responsible for repairing damaged body parts, aligning components, preparing vehicles for painting, and documenting repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bodywork repair and alignment
2. Surface preparation and automotive painting
3. Working with specialized body shop tools
* Repair damaged body parts (dents, scratches, cracks);
* Align and straighten doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids, and other components; Remove and install body parts when repair is not feasible;
* Use manual, hydraulic, or pneumatic tools specifically designed for bodywork; Perform fitting and fastening adjustments for new parts to ensure proper alignment;
* Apply fillers, primers, and other surface preparation materials;
* Prepare vehicles for the painting process (sanding, cleaning, masking);
* Complete technical service forms, specifying repairs performed;
* Notify supervisors / responsible personnel upon identifying non-conformities;
* Work in accordance with Integrated Management System and Occupational Safety standards.
Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
Driver's License: Class B
