Focus on loss prevention and compliance with regulations JOB OPENING: STORE SUPERVISOR We are seeking a FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join our team! The professional will be responsible for ensuring ORGANIZATION, SMOOTH OPERATION, and SECURITY of the sales environment, providing team support and high-quality customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor CUSTOMER FLOW and provide guidance when necessary. Oversee the sales floor, ensuring ORGANIZATION, CLEANLINESS, and APPROPRIATE STOCK REPLENISHMENT. Identify and report IRREGULARITIES, RISKS, and MAINTENANCE NEEDS. Support LOSS PREVENTION efforts. Assist the sales team and internal departments with daily tasks. Verify compliance with COMPANY POLICIES. REQUIREMENTS Completed High School Education Strong COMMUNICATION skills and professional demeanor ATTENTION TO DETAIL, OBSERVATION, and PROACTIVITY Ability to WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A TEAM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a STORE SUPERVISOR or in LOSS PREVENTION Basic knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION: CENTRAL REGION – BELO HORIZONTE/MG SCHEDULE: 5 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF WORK HOURS: 3:00 PM TO 11:20 PM\*\* (Possibility of new schedules in the future) BENEFITS SALARY: R$ 2\.124,65 MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 29,14 PER DAY ATTENDANCE BONUS: R$ 100,00 TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE DENTAL PLAN LIFE INSURANCE GYMPASS UCVS Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Pay: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.231,69 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
