Job Summary: Responsible for part inspections, process monitoring, preparation of technical reports, and serving as the contact point between the customer and the factory, proposing quality solutions. Role as the quality interface between the customer and the factory **Responsibilities:** * Conduct part/product inspections at the customer site to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Monitor production processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Prepare technical reports and document non-conformities; * Serve as the contact point between the customer and the factory, representing the company on quality matters; * Propose corrective and preventive solutions in collaboration with responsible departments. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Production, or related fields; * Prior experience in the quality field (process control, part inspection, non-conformance analysis); * Knowledge and experience with measuring instruments; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Familiarity with quality tools (preferred qualification). * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for direct customer interaction; * Willingness to work as a **Technical Resident**. * Must reside in Contagem/MG.
