Promoting continuous improvement and increasing operational efficiency We are seeking an **Assembly Process Supervisor** to lead the Process Inspector team, ensuring that assembly operations are carried out in accordance with established standards, work instructions, and quality requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring team performance, ensuring process standardization, and proactively identifying and addressing deviations to promote continuous improvement of operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the Process Inspector team; * Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, and assembly standards; * Monitor process audits and performance indicators; * Identify, analyze, and address process deviations; * Implement continuous improvement initiatives, reduce rework, and increase operational efficiency; * Support operational team training and refresher courses; * Interface with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues; * Prepare reports, track action plans, and ensure customer requirement compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Production Management, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience leading teams in industrial environments; * Experience in assembly processes and quality management; * Ability to read and interpret work instructions and operational procedures; * Knowledge of quality tools and root cause analysis; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the automotive sector; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, PDCA, FMEA, and MASP; * Experience conducting process audits and managing customer requirements.
