Autonomy and organization in daily kitchen routines. Job Description We are looking for an **Executive Chef** to prepare meals for the company’s executive leadership team. This professional will be responsible for planning and preparing daily meals—including breakfast and lunch—ensuring quality, organization, and proper food handling practices. They will also manage kitchen organization, ingredient inventory control, and menu planning, maintaining an orderly and efficient workspace. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and prepare complete daily meals, including **breakfast, lunch, and occasional additional meals**, according to the leadership team’s preferences and instructions. * Develop balanced and varied menus, considering dietary restrictions, personal preferences, and nutritional guidance when applicable. * Select, purchase, and manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring product quality and freshness. * Organize and maintain the kitchen and utensils in impeccable hygienic, clean, and functional condition. * Monitor food and kitchen supply inventory to prevent waste and ensure timely restocking. * Prepare special meals for **occasional meetings, gatherings, or family receptions**, as requested. * Uphold confidentiality, professional conduct, and respect within the family environment, considering access to the residence and interaction with family members and close associates. * Comply with food safety regulations, good food handling practices, and workplace organization standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as an **Executive Chef, Chef Cook, or Private Chef**. * Knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety best practices. * Discreet, trustworthy profile with professional demeanor suitable for a residential setting. * Strong organizational, planning, and autonomous execution skills in daily kitchen operations. * Availability to work in both corporate and residential environments with direct interaction with the executive leadership’s family. **Behavioral Competencies** * Discretion and confidentiality * Organization and planning * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary: Category; * Meal/food allowance: BRL 21.00 per day; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy (when required). **After 90 days of probation** * Dental plan – Bradesco; * Health plan – Usisaúde; * TotalPass; * Gym membership agreement – Arena Maximus; * Clube Certo – benefits and discounts.
