Assistance with HR department routines and employee support **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, and evaluations); * Manage onboarding and integration of new employees; * Support training and development initiatives; * Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism); * Provide employee support, addressing inquiries and internal requests; * Assist with HR department routines (documentation, timekeeping, benefits); * Ensure compliance with internal policies and departmental procedures. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Prior experience in HR; * Basic knowledge of HR department routines; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity.
