Job Summary: The professional will prepare, adjust, and operate rolling and bending machines to form metal parts according to technical drawings and perform dimensional inspections. Visual inspection and dimensional control of parts Requirements * Minimum: Completed elementary education. * Proven experience in this role. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, adjust, and operate rolling machines according to production orders and technical drawings. * Operate rolling machines to form rings, cones, tubes for tanks, and other metal parts. * Operate bending machines to form carbon steel and special steel parts according to technical drawings. * Perform visual inspections and dimensional control of parts during the process, verifying ovality, squareness, angles, and other specifications. * Verify measurements using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments. * Perform machine setup for tool changes. * Form metal sheets and profiles, transforming flat material into cylindrical, conical, and bent parts.
