Job Summary: We are seeking a Generalist HR Assistant to support recruitment and selection (R&S), training and development (T&D), personnel administration, and administrative routines, contributing to an organized and productive work environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support recruitment and selection, and onboarding of new employees. 2. Organize training programs and maintain up-to-date employee records. 3. Support organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing. Job Description: We are seeking a Generalist HR Assistant to support recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for providing necessary support to departmental activities, contributing to an organized and productive work environment. Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection: resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * Assist in the onboarding of new employees; * Organize and manage internal and external training programs; * Support HR administrative routines; * Maintain updated employee records in the system; * Assist in preparing reports and departmental metrics; * Support organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in HR, Administration, or related fields currently in progress is desirable). * Prior experience in Human Resources or Personnel Department is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
