Procurement Analyst / Buyer

Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for quotation, negotiation, supplier management, and cost optimization to support internal material and service requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in negotiation and cost analysis 2. Supplier relationship development and maintenance 3. Cost reduction and continuous process improvement * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines; * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; * Pursue cost reduction and continuous improvement of processes; * Support internal departments regarding material and service requirements. Requirements: * Experience in procurement; * Knowledge of negotiation and cost analysis; * Organizational skills and strong communication; * Proficiency in Excel is considered a plus. * Familiarity with TOTVS RM and PROTHEUS systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management**, or related fields.
