Teamwork and proactive profile for diverse locations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a professional to serve as Operational Support, providing assistance to teams across the condominiums served by the company. This professional will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational demands, ensuring teams receive the necessary support to carry out their activities. **Main Responsibilities:** Deliver materials and equipment to the condominiums served by the company; Provide support to operational teams whenever required; Cover shifts during absences, vacations, or leaves; Assist in cleaning and conservation activities; Support sandblasting and maintenance services upon request; Ensure proper transportation and organization of materials used in operations; Follow instructions from operational supervisors. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in outsourcing companies or external operational activities; Experience in cleaning, maintenance, gardening, or general services. **Requirements:** Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); Driving experience and availability for travel; Familiarity with Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan region; Availability and flexibility to work at different locations as required by operations; Proactive, responsible profile with strong teamwork skills. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, Meal voucher
