If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Responsible for developing and implementing measures to mitigate the environmental impact caused by the company’s or client’s operations, through the definition and execution of natural resource management techniques, waste management, and restoration of affected areas, thereby supporting licensing activities, regulatory compliance, and implementation of environmental and social programs. **Detailed Description:** * Lead and support environmental licensing processes, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation; * Prepare, review, and monitor environmental studies and reports; * Interface with environmental agencies and stakeholders; * Conduct spatial analyses and manage geographic data; * Operate geoprocessing tools to support contract-related activities; * Manage and update information related to the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR); * Support monitoring of environmental conditions and legal deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geography, Biology, or related fields; * Proven experience in environmental licensing; * Practical knowledge of geoprocessing (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar); * Experience with the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR); * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in contracts involving mining or large-scale projects; * Familiarity with environmental legislation applicable to the state of Minas Gerais. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Mariana/MG * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:49 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gympass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
