Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Technician to supervise, execute, and control construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of technical reports and material control **Location:** Belo Horizonte (BH) **Employment Type:** [CLT / PJ] **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **About the Position** We are looking for a **Construction Technician** to join our team and assist in supervising, executing, and controlling construction projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout all processes, contributing to the successful progress of projects. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect construction projects and services; * Interpret architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings; * Prepare technical reports, daily site logs, and quantity measurements; * Control materials, equipment, and team productivity; * Assist in preparing budgets and schedules; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. **Requirements** * Completed qualification as a **Construction Technician**; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or BIM tools (preferred); * Prior experience in construction or inspection; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects; * Advanced Excel skills; * Ability to perform detailed reading of project drawings. Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$2.700,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
