Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting, executing, and monitoring services; guiding teams; managing materials; and ensuring operational quality in metallurgy. Key Highlights: 1. Manages service execution and quality, and guides teams. 2. Monitors material flow and ensures delivery deadlines. 3. Responsible for organizing the workplace unit and supervising the team. Verify whether the work order or service sheet (sketch, calculation record, risk analysis, etc.) is complete; \- Ensure service execution according to the service sheet and schedule; \- Measure the completed service; \- Guide and instruct staff during task execution and verify service quality; \- Request materials required for service execution; \- Arrange removal of discarded materials and scrap generated by the service; \- Instruct assistants on isolation signage, as well as area cleaning and removal of material residues; \- Promote, train, and certify daily compliance with all contents of the Operational Work Instruction (OWI); \- Operate motor vehicles, if necessary; \- Monitor the flow of full and empty pots across metallurgy areas; \- Ensure pot relining, lining, and supply of clean, lined pots to the customer within established deadlines; \- Record daily activities in the designated report; \- Be accountable for delays in pot availability; \- Maintain the workplace unit clean and organized; \- Assign, supervise, and monitor the operations team daily on tasks related to torpedo car handling.
