Job Summary: Lead and supervise the collections team, define and monitor credit recovery targets, track key performance indicators, and prepare management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Meal allowance: BRL 22.00 per day Transportation allowance: BRL 11.80 (Salvadorcard) Flexible benefits: Day off, Telemedicine, Dental plan, GymPass **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and monitor the collections team; \- Define and monitor credit recovery targets; \- Track delinquency and productivity indicators; \- Prepare management reports and action plans; \- Support strategic negotiations and critical cases; \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; \- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Sales departments.
