What We’re Looking For We seek a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** to support and evolve our customers' infrastructure, ensuring environment stability, performance, and security. We are looking for a technically skilled, organized professional with strong analytical capabilities who can operate effectively while continuously improving environments. Responsibilities: Server Administration * Managing Windows Server and Linux environments * Administering Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) * Performing updates, hardening, and implementing security best practices Virtualization and Infrastructure * Administering Proxmox and/or VMware environments * Creating and managing virtual machines (VMs) * Monitoring resource usage and performance * Supporting expansion and improvement projects Networking and Security * Configuring VLANs, routing, and VPNs * Managing enterprise-grade switches and Wi\-Fi infrastructure * Assisting with next-generation firewall (NGFW) configuration * Implementing security policies Backup and Continuity * Implementing and monitoring backup routines * Conducting restoration tests * Supporting contingency planning Troubleshooting * Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure incidents * Handling Level 2/Level 3 support tickets * Technical documentation and incident logging ✅ Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure * Solid networking knowledge (VLAN, routing, VPN) * Experience with virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper\-V) * Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux * Strong analytical skills and organizational ability * Bachelor's degree in IT (in progress or completed) * **Driver's license category AB** Advantages * MSP experience * Firewall knowledge (FortiGate, Sophos, or similar) * Monitoring experience (Zabbix, Grafana) * Certifications: Microsoft, LPI, CCNA, AZ\-900 * Technical English Benefits * Structured career development plan * Certification incentives * Profit-sharing program (PLR) and quarterly bonuses * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Cost-of-living allowance * Life insurance * Access to **Wellhub (formerly Gympass)** * Collaborative and autonomous work environment Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
