Responsibilities and Duties * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users; * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and corporate application issues; * Install, configure, and update equipment and software; * Log, track, and close technical tickets according to SLAs; * Guide users on the proper use of IT resources; * Support inventory management, technical documentation, and information security best practices; * Assist with basic network activities and, when necessary, CCTV systems. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT-related fields; * Experience in Technical Support; * Knowledge of computer networks and basic infrastructure; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Qualifications * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Strong communication skills and user-facing service aptitude; * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork; * Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
