Job Summary: A professional responsible for welding metal parts, interpreting technical drawings, preparing and inspecting parts, maintaining workplace organization and equipment, collaborating in a team environment, and participating in training sessions. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of welding equipment **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform welding of metal parts using welding processes such as MIG, TIG, shielded metal arc (SMAW), and oxy-acetylene. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute welds according to required quality standards. Prepare parts for welding by performing cutting, adjustments, and positioning as necessary. Visually inspect completed welds to identify potential defects and perform corrections when needed. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, adhering to occupational safety and health regulations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on welding equipment to ensure proper operation. Work collaboratively in a team, supporting other professionals to meet established deadlines and goals. Participate in training and capacity-building sessions to enhance welding techniques and stay updated on new technologies and industry standards. Complete production and quality reports, documenting performed activities and achieved results. Strictly comply with safety regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promptly reporting any hazardous situations to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Experience as a welder. * Elementary school education.
