Care for tools and equipment, ensuring their preservation **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 7:30 AM – 5:48 PM with a 1.5-hour lunch break **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform basic preventive maintenance services on vehicles under the supervision of the lead mechanic, following the vehicle manufacturer's technical procedures; * Ability to perform inspection, repair, and servicing tasks on vehicles, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements set by the dealership; * Support higher-level mechanics in performing repairs, inspections, and diagnostics to foster practical learning and technical development; * Critically analyze customer complaints, correctly interpret information from the Service Order (SO), and ensure customer satisfaction; * Commitment to service quality, performing checklists, tests, and final validations; * Ensure all services are performed with attention to detail, quality, and safety, contributing to customer satisfaction and optimal workshop performance; * Ability to clearly document identified defects, corrective actions, and solutions applied in Service Orders; * Care for tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring their proper use, preservation, and return after use; * Professional responsibility and conduct, prioritizing ethical safety and compliance with internal policies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Mechanics is desirable; * Knowledge of engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems; * Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment; * Willingness to travel; * Driver's license categories B/C/D/E (higher category is an advantage); * Prior experience at a dealership is an advantage; * Positions also available for persons with disabilities (PCD). **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
