MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive and impactful experience. Sales Area Organization: Ensure the sales area is always clean and well-organized, following standard operating procedures (SOPs). This includes: * Table displays (tables folded neatly by size). * Rack displays (organized by size, with correct hangers according to product families and categories). * Daily checks during store opening and closing to maintain tidiness and avoid clutter. Pricing Verification: Confirm that prices displayed on racks and shelves match the products correctly and are up-to-date, ensuring all items are properly priced. Fitting Room Returns: Return items left in fitting rooms by customers who decided not to purchase them after trying them on. Pinning and Hanger Placement: Organize and correctly position merchandise, including pinning and hanging apparel items. Merchandise Replenishment: Replenish stock daily based on sales and store needs, opening and unpacking boxes to ensure efficient restocking in both backroom inventory and the sales floor. Cleaning Maintenance: Keep the department clean and organized, including dusting tables and equipment with cloths to ensure a pleasant environment for customers. Shoe Lacing: Lace shoes properly to facilitate display and customer visibility. Fitting Room Schedule: Fulfill the fitting room schedule, inspecting and cleaning fitting booths after customer use. Clothing Ironing: Iron wrinkled garments to ensure they are presentable to customers. Inventory Organization: Maintain an organized inventory aligned with store requirements, including arranging merchandise and hardware in the internal storage area. Equipment Management: Remove equipment from the sales floor whenever necessary, especially during low-stock situations. Merchandise Allocation: After receiving goods from the store auditor, allocate products either to the sales floor or to inventory, ensuring proper storage. Store Credit Card Customer Acquisition: * Conduct internal customer acquisition for enrollment in the store credit card. * Conduct external customer acquisition by approaching people on the streets near the store to enroll them in the store credit card. Performance Tracking: Monitor daily store results and targets, consistently striving to improve performance metrics. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Prior experience in customer service and/or sales; * Ability to organize and maintain sales environments; * Commitment to store goals and excellence in customer service.
