




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and sustaining branch operations, managing people and resources, supporting commercial activities, and providing financial advisory services and team leadership. Ensuring excellence in service delivery and cooperators’ satisfaction. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Job Mission:** Responsible for planning, directing, and sustaining branch operations, managing human, financial, and material resources, and supporting the commercial area in developing sales and service strategies. Provide financial advisory services and lead teams to achieve targets, ensure cooperators’ satisfaction, and support the cooperative’s sustainable business growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement commercial strategies to meet branch targets. * Manage human, material, and financial resources, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Support the team in strategic negotiations and closing large-scale business deals. * Ensure service excellence and monitor cooperators’ post-sale experience. * Monitor delinquency, liquidity, and credit portfolio indicators, proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, LGPD, and internal policies). * Safely and efficiently manage cash, teller operations, and other branch operational processes. * Develop and train the team through technical and behavioral training programs. * Lead commercial campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and cooperator loyalty programs. * Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic adjustments to maintain competitiveness. * Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing information and documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * ANBIMA certification. * Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency in negotiating financial products and services, as well as sales techniques. * Interpersonal communication skills, organizational ability, and strategic vision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of legislation applicable to credit cooperatives and regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing program, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
