Technical Support to Operations Job Responsibilities: * Process Monitoring and Control * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) of the gold processing plant production process. * Conduct critical analysis of operational variables and control parameters. * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Evaluate operational trends through data analysis. * Optimization and Continuous Improvement * Propose improvements aimed at increasing productivity and energy efficiency. * Participate in mass and energy balance studies. * Support industrial trials, commissioning, and operational optimization. * Contribute to reduction of losses, consumption of inputs, and operational costs. * Technical Support to Operations * Guide operators on best operational practices. * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Assist in resolving complex process-related problems. * Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) * Ensure compliance with health, safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Participate in risk assessments and investigations of process-related incidents. * Ensure adherence to product quality specifications. * Data Management and Reporting * Prepare technical reports and performance analyses. * Maintain up-to-date records of operational parameters and historical data. * Utilize supervisory systems and data analysis tools.
