**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Participate in development/training initiatives designated for Trainees during the specified tenure, while also facilitating practical learning by planning, directing, organizing, and sustaining commercial area activities at the branch within the assigned operational area; managing material, financial, and human resources; and delivering financial consulting to support the development and implementation of marketing/sales plans and actions, as well as member service, in compliance with institutional policies and guidelines, and to drive business expansion—aiming to achieve target plans with profitability, member retention, and member satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields,
* Full availability to relocate to the assigned operational area;
* Availability for frequent travel;
* Availability for an initial 90-day alternating training period in Cacoal/RO;
* Preferred specialization in Commercial Management, Finance, Leadership, or related areas;
* ANBIMA CPA 10 and CPA 20 certifications;
* Prior experience in leadership roles is a plus.
