The professional will plan, direct, organize, and sustain commercial area activities, managing resources and providing financial consulting to achieve targets and retain cooperative members.

Description:
Participate in development/training initiatives designated for Trainees during the specified tenure in this role, while also facilitating practical learning by being responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and sustaining commercial area activities at the branch within their assigned operational area; managing material, financial, and human resources; and delivering financial consulting to support the development and implementation of marketing/sales plans and actions as well as service to cooperative members—fully aligned with institutional policies, guidelines, and business expansion objectives, aiming to fulfill the performance target plan profitably while retaining and satisfying cooperative members.
Requirements:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields;
* Full availability to relocate to the designated operational area;
* Availability for frequent travel;
* Preferred: Specialization in Commercial Management, Finance, Leadership, or related areas;
* ANBIMA CPA 10 and CPA 20 certifications;
* Prior experience in leadership roles is a plus.
