We believe technical-commercial service goes far beyond opening service orders or making sales. The Technical Commercial Consultant is responsible for building customer trust, understanding their needs, providing accurate maintenance guidance, and ensuring a safe, transparent, and professional service experience. JOB MISSION Provide technical and commercial after-sales support, including customer reception, service order creation and tracking, service and parts negotiation, customer relationship management, and workshop commercial support—ensuring service quality, revenue growth, and customer retention.
