Opportunity for product sales **We are looking for a Receptionist in (Cuiabá):** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Providing initial customer service at Auto Center locations, ensuring security, dynamism, flexibility, and peace of mind for customers; * Resolving conflicts and discrepancies during customer interactions; * Presenting the portfolio of services offered and guiding customers within the Auto Center; * Handling pre-inspection verification and customer registration. * Product sales **Requirements** * Completed high school education or a technical course in Administration; * Experience as a Receptionist in retail stores; * Possession of driver's license category B and ability to drive; * Prior experience in face-to-face customer service; * Previous experience in Auto Centers is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating genuine interest in assisting customers with any inquiries.
