MATERIAL ORGANIZATION: Organizes tools, PPE, and materials at the beginning and end of operations. EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION: Assists in hardware, splice closure, and cable pulling installation. FIELD SUPPORT: Accompanies technicians during field visits, ensuring necessary support. FIELD RECORDS: Completes basic field records and supports photographic documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic knowledge of optical networks and external infrastructure. Familiarity with manual tools and PPE usage. Ability to follow technical instructions from supervisors and technicians. Capability to perform operational tasks safely.
