Focus on safety, quality, and environmental preservation **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Execute, plan, and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance activities on industrial equipment, working with a high degree of autonomy and technical responsibility. * Perform maintenance on crushers, vibrating screens, conveyor belts (including vulcanization), centrifugal pumps, hydraulic pumps, helical pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and other process equipment. * Be responsible for equipment inspection, performance evaluation, and identification of mechanical failures. * Serve as a technical reference, supporting and guiding less-experienced professionals, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards. * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment. * Carry out assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of crushers, including replacement of liners, jaws, and operational adjustments. * Perform maintenance on vibrating screens, including screen replacement, structural inspections, and adjustments. * Perform maintenance on conveyor belts, including: * Hot and cold vulcanization of conveyor belts * Belt replacement and adjustment * Roller replacement * Scraper adjustment and replacement * Adjustment and replacement of side guide seals * Conveyor belt scaling, alignment, and tensioning * Perform maintenance on gearboxes, bearings, feeders, distributors, and classifiers. * Perform maintenance on industrial pumps, including: * Centrifugal pumps * Hydraulic pumps * Helical pumps (screw / progressive cavity) * Perform maintenance on hydraulic units and hydraulic systems, including failure analysis, component replacement, and functional testing. * Perform maintenance on industrial piping, chutes, concentrators, and auxiliary process equipment. * Perform maintenance on heat exchangers, including unclogging, inspection, and operational testing. * Conduct valve inspection, adjustment, and calibration. * Perform safe maintenance and operation of oxy\-cutting equipment in accordance with procedures. * Evaluate operating conditions and performance of mechanical components, identifying failures, wear, and improvement opportunities. * Support maintenance activities using light vehicles for transporting personnel, tools, and equipment. * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace, following 5S practices and operational discipline. * Serve as a technical reference and support during complex interventions, guiding less-experienced professionals. * Comply with and promote safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards, ensuring legal and operational compliance. * Analyze, plan, and assume technical responsibility for lifting and cargo transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Inspect equipment, accessories, and devices prior to any operation, ensuring safe and operational conditions. **Desired Education and/or Specialization:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience exceeding 5 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in mining, mineral processing, or large-scale industrial environments; * Knowledge of industrial mining processes, such as grinding and crushing; * Proficiency in conveyor belt, centrifugal pump, and gearbox maintenance. **Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Organization and planning; * Focus on safety and quality; * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Pontes e Lacerda \- MT.
