If you enjoy challenges, believe well-executed controls drive results, and seek a professional growth opportunity within a continuously evolving company, we want to meet you. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable; * Perform daily bank reconciliations; * Record financial transactions and verify supporting documents; * Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts; * Generate management reports and financial indicators; * Support monthly closing processes; * Conduct customer collections when necessary; * Ensure organization and compliance of financial routines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance; * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Analytical, organized profile with strong commitment to deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail companies; * Knowledge of cash flow, income statements (DRE), and financial indicators; * Experience with audit processes and internal controls. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization; * Attention to detail; * Sense of urgency; * Discipline in execution; * Strong communication skills; * Analytical ability. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Collaborative, results-driven work environment; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
