




Job Summary: Responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the company's training and development strategy, acting as an agent of transformation to strengthen culture and performance. Leadership in organizational development projects Design, implement, and evolve the company's training and development strategy, ensuring continuous employee development, strengthening of organizational culture, and consistent improvement in team performance—with direct impact on business outcomes.
