Description
The Conservation Inspector III is primarily responsible for inspecting, regardless of complexity, all activities related to highway conservation and maintenance carried out by company employees or subcontracted companies, with the objective of preparing monitoring reports while complying with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards around the highway.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise and lead multiple field teams, assigning and monitoring all conservation activities.
* Prepare detailed photographic reports of performed activities.
* Consolidate, analyze, and report conservation performance indicators to management.
* Coordinate complex inspections of pavement maintenance, signage, vegetation clearing, and other road conservation-related activities.
* Implement improvements in operational processes and propose technical optimization solutions.
* Train, qualify, and integrate team members, ensuring alignment with applicable standards and regulations.
* Serve as the operational liaison between field teams and the section manager.
* Plan and ensure correct execution of Incident Registration Records (TRO) and legal documentation.
* Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance schedules.
* Evaluate team performance and propose development and corrective actions.
* Support management in strategic decision-making by providing field analyses, reports, and recommendations.
* Comply with and ensure compliance with safety standards, use of PPE, and internal concessionaire procedures, monitoring and guiding the team to guarantee conformity across all activities.
Verify the execution of services provided by third parties, ensuring service quality and validation of documentation.

**Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION**
* Completed Technical Degree in Construction;
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite;
* Driver's License Category B;
* Defensive Driving Certification.
**ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ASSET**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
* Knowledge of the Highway Concession Agreement.

Nova Rota do Oeste is the concessionaire responsible for the 850.9 km stretch of BR-163 between Itiquira (MT) and Sinop (MT). The company assumed operation of the BR-163/364 highway concession in Mato Grosso.
