If you have prior experience in this role, possess leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and enjoy ensuring the smooth operation of condominium environments, this opportunity may be ideal for you. Main Responsibilities * Lead and guide the cleaning, conservation, and maintenance team. * Monitor the execution of the condominium’s operational routines. * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas, identifying maintenance and conservation needs. * Perform minor repairs to maintain the proper functioning of facilities. * Request and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services. * Support and supervise third-party service providers during task execution. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, maintenance materials, and consumables. * Collaborate with the condominium syndic, aligning demands and priorities. * Report incidents and needs of the condominium to the syndic or management. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, safety, and conservation of common areas. * Monitor compliance with internal regulations and instruct the team on operational procedures. * Provide courteous service to residents, directing requests related to the condominium’s operational routine. Requirements * Proven experience as a **Concierge, Custodial Supervisor, or equivalent role in condominiums**. * Experience leading operational teams. * Knowledge of basic building maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repairs. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and professional conduct. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities. * Completed high school education.
