Responsible for large-scale food production, buffet setup and replenishment, and preparation of à la carte dishes when required. Also responsible for maintaining kitchen organization, ingredient inventory control, and supporting general departmental routines, ensuring agile and efficient service during the night shift. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cook or kitchen assistant; * Experience in preparing breakfast in the hospitality industry; * Availability to work night shifts (12x36 schedule); * Basic knowledge of cold kitchen and bakery operations; * Experience in buffet setup and à la carte dish preparation; * Knowledge of large-scale food production; * Familiarity with good manufacturing and food handling practices; * Organized, agile, and committed.
