THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, hereby announce, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation, for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to the employee and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly basis **SALARY:** R$ 22\.91 **UNIT:** Avenida Fernando Correa da Costa, Parque Ohara \| Cuiabá MT \- 78085000 **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning process during Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Technical Course in Occupational Safety or qualification as an Occupational Safety Engineer. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid diploma/certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses or Machinery Operation courses: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, or Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Wheel Loader Operator. Verification of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of valid diploma/certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to Occupational Safety, and Occupational Safety Regulatory Standards. **VERIFICATION:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature directly corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
