Preventive maintenance and customized configurations Perform assigned tasks by providing customer technical support, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying issues and supporting their resolution, contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer service via phone, chat, and in-person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement solutions for new companies; * Monitor releases, announcements, manuals, messages, and Mantis tickets to stay updated on system requests, implementations, and fixes; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
