Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative Commercial and After-Sales Assistant to ensure an excellent customer experience—from the first contact through post-sale follow-up. Focus on customer feedback and retention through after-sales service Position: Commercial and After-Sales Assistant We are looking for a proactive, organized, and communicative individual to serve as a Commercial and After-Sales Assistant, ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. Main Responsibilities: * Customer service (via WhatsApp, phone, and in person) * Support for the commercial team * Organization of proposals and contracts * Tracking of completed sales * Proactive after-sales service (contacting customers for feedback and retention) * Updating customer records and systems * Supporting commercial initiatives and campaigns Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and accountability * Proficiency with technology (WhatsApp, systems, spreadsheets) * Prior customer service experience is a plus Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in commercial or after-sales roles * Proactive mindset with a results-oriented focus * Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
