Management of administrative routines with emphasis on courtesy. **Purpose of the Role:** Provide support for the company's administrative routines, ensuring process organization, financial control, and excellent customer/patient service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organization and control of documents and medical records (where applicable) * Scheduling and confirmation of appointments * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Support in managing accounts payable and receivable * Issuance of invoices and receipts * Data entry into systems and spreadsheets * Support for administrative demands from management **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields is a plus) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public-facing customer service **Desired Profile:** An organized, empathetic, discreet individual with ethical conduct and a focus on customer experience. Capable of handling administrative routines while maintaining courtesy and professionalism. Compensation: R$1\.609,85 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Work Location: On-site
