




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and controlling customer flow, preventing losses and damages, conducting security inspections, and assisting with inventory management and store operations. Security patrols and supervision of service providers MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Entry and Exit Monitoring: Monitor and control customer flow, ensuring all security procedures are followed during entry and exit. Loss and Damage Prevention: Implement preventive measures to avoid product losses and in-store damages, ensuring all areas remain protected. Exit Inspections: Verify exits of employees and service providers, ensuring no unauthorized removal of products or materials occurs. Inventory Management: Assist the store manager in conducting periodic and comprehensive inventory counts, ensuring accuracy in counting and recordkeeping. Store Opening and Closing: Submit store opening and closing forms, ensuring effective communication and adherence to internal protocols. Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols throughout the store and back-of-house areas, maintaining a safe and compliant environment. Supervision of Service Providers: Supervise service providers performing work inside the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures. Hanger and Box Organization: Responsible for sorting and organizing boxes and hangers, maintaining an orderly and efficient environment. Goods Receiving: Check delivery truck seals, supervise unloading, scan barcodes (beeping), and release the truck after verification. Supply Organization: Organize and bundle cardboard boxes and other supplies, contributing to orderly stockroom and support-area management. Cash Deposit: Accompany the store manager during external cash deposits when the store does not have dedicated cash collection services (e.g., Prosegur/Brinks). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): * Prior experience in monitoring, loss prevention, or related functions; * Strong communication skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to store security processes and standards.
