




Job Summary: A professional responsible for quotations, negotiations, purchase order management, delivery follow-up, and supplier development, collaborating with internal departments and monitoring contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct negotiations and ensure the best commercial terms 2. Identify and develop new suppliers and products 3. Collaborate with various internal departments Functions and Responsibilities: * Perform quotations and conduct negotiations for services, materials, and contracts, ensuring optimal commercial and quality terms; * Enter, track, and update purchase orders in the system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and established deadlines; * Execute delivery and service provision follow-up, addressing pending issues and deviations; * Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers, products, and opportunities for procurement process improvement; * Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Controlling, among others), ensuring alignment of requirements, timelines, and priorities; * Monitor contract validity and execution, tracking deadlines, balances, price adjustments, and potential requests for increases, as well as supporting contract renewals and revisions. Courses and/or Specific Knowledge: * Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Pontes e Lacerda - MT.
