




The Environmental Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing environmental and sustainability activities related to the operation, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and the company’s internal guidelines. Main responsibilities: * Manage environmental certification processes and sustainability programs; * Conduct internal and external environmental audits; * Handle environmental regularization, including preparation and follow-up of CAR, PRA, and licensing procedures; * Manage solid waste and effluents; * Monitor protected areas, water resources, and biomass; * Ensure compliance with obligations toward regulatory agencies (SEMA, INDEA, IBAMA, MAPA, and CREA-MT); * Develop and implement sustainability policies; * Support reforestation, carbon, and green credit projects; * Prepare environmental studies and analyses for new properties and projects; * Produce technical reports, environmental controls, and indicators; * Perform financial control of the environmental department; * Manage service providers and environmental contracts; * Assess environmental impacts of operations and propose improvements; * Maintain institutional relationships with regulatory agencies and partners. Requirements: * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Biology, or related fields; * Knowledge of environmental legislation and licensing procedures; * Experience with environmental certifications and sustainability is a plus; * Strong organizational, technical analysis, and report-writing skills; * Ability to build institutional relationships and work effectively in teams.
