Job Summary: Manage all Integrated Crop-Livestock (ICL) operations, including planning and coordinating agricultural and livestock production, leading teams, and ensuring sustainability. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** To be informed during the interview **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Plan, coordinate, and manage all Integrated Crop-Livestock (ICL) operations, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and profitability targets. * Plan and monitor all stages of agricultural production, from soil preparation to harvest. * Coordinate planting, fertilization, spraying, harvesting, and internal transportation operations. * Ensure proper use of seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and other inputs. * Manage livestock activities, including herd management, animal health, nutrition, feed supplementation, and pasture management. * Plan integration between crop and livestock farming, promoting efficient land use, soil recovery, and sustainability of the production system. * Monitor productivity indicators, costs, input consumption, and operational performance, proposing continuous improvements. * Develop and monitor the farm’s operational and financial planning. * Lead, guide, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and operational teams. * Assign and monitor team activities according to daily, weekly, and seasonal plans. * Supervise the use, conservation, and preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural machinery, implements, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, environmental, and applicable agricultural and livestock legislation. * Prepare management reports and provide executive support with information on production results and improvement opportunities **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields — Preferred * Proven experience managing farms operating Integrated Crop-Livestock (ICL) systems or in agricultural and livestock operations. * Practical experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring agricultural and livestock activities. * Knowledge of cost management, performance indicators, and crop season planning. * Knowledge of crop management, pasture establishment and management, animal nutrition, and animal health. * Experience in team management and field operations leadership. * Familiarity with agricultural machinery, implements, and farm operational processes. * Driver’s license category AB. * Willingness to reside on the farm and/or travel as required by operational needs.
