This recognition reflects our commitment to the well-being of our employees and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Conduct technical inspections on road infrastructure; * Analyze physical progress of construction projects under road concessions; * Prepare reports; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, or related fields. * Technical analysis capability and experience preparing reports and technical opinions. * Willingness to travel for field inspections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable:** * Field inspection experience preferred; * Knowledge of Independent Verification preferred; * Knowledge of Construction Supervision preferred; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems preferred; * Familiarity with PPPs and Concessions preferred. **Partnerships:** * Gympass * Corporate University * Discount partnership program (psychologists, nutritionists, universities, accounting services, etc.) * Human-centered and collaborative culture.
