Help identify business opportunities, receive and address service requests, and resolve low-complexity issues or direct members to the channel offering the best service experience. Support guidance to help members better use available products and technologies. * Prospecting (support): Identify opportunities for new business, prospect new members, and refer them to Business Managers. Conduct the initial member intake. Welcome and guide members and the community to the channel—physical or digital—that offers the best service experience. * Collections: Support credit collections in cases of delinquency and within negotiated timeframes, per guidance from the business area, aiming to recover loaned capital. * Relationship Channels: Promote member interaction with self-service channels to enhance agility and direct members toward digital solutions. Assist members with their "digital inclusion." Act as an agent of change for members by providing guidance on optimal use of available digital services. * New Member Integration: Support, when necessary, the integration process for new members—clarifying basic questions and introducing relationship channels—as well as explaining Sicredi’s mission to foster member engagement with cooperative values. * Community Representative: Occasionally support cooperative events, helping organize and promote cooperative values. * Financial Transactions: Support operational tasks such as receipts, payments, various inquiries, cash register opening/closing, and cash control.
